Experience Life as a TMS Student

Preview Weekend gives prospective students the opportunity to experience life at The Master's Seminary, life at Grace Community Church, and life in Los Angeles. As you consider training for pastoral ministry at TMS, we want to provide you with as much information as possible in order to aid you in making your decision. We believe this event will help us accomplish that goal. You will have the opportunity to meet our faculty, sit in on classes, ask questions of our admissions counselors, and meet many other prospective students and their wives who are also considering TMS. We hope you will be able to join us for this special event from April 12-16. To register to attend Preview Weekend, call our admissions office at 818-909-5624 or email admissions@tms.edu.

Spring 2025 Preview Weekend Details

Dates: April 12-16, 2025

Cost: Transportation to Los Angeles and discounted hotel rate. All other costs for the weekend are covered.

Travel: If flying, choose Bob Hope Airport (BUR) for easiest shuttle transportation.

Shuttle: Transportation is provided to and from Bob Hope Airport, hotels, and all Preview Weekend events.

Accommodations: TMS will cover $100 per night for hotel stays at the Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel.

Meals: Provided during Preview Weekend.

Preview Weekend Schedule

Saturday, April 12 

Welcome

  • Arrive before 3 pm. We ask that you arrange flights into the Burbank Hollywood Airport as your hotel is right across the street and it makes transportation much easier. If you do decide to fly into LAX, you will need to arrange rides to and from the airport.
  • Welcome Dinner at 6 pm

Sunday, April 13

Life at Grace

  • Morning fellowship and worship services at 9 am and 11 am
  • Evening service at 6 pm

Monday, April 14

Life in LA

  • Excursions around the LA area. More details to come.

Tuesday, April 15

Life at TMS

  • Meet some of our faculty and seminary leadership
  • Meet other students and alumni
  • Attend a chapel service
  • Observe classroom instruction

Wednesday, April 16

Depart for Home
